I don't think there's any truth to the set-up that the two stars of this video are blind Vietnam War vets who have dedicated their lives to entertaining the world. But, that shouldn't prevent you from enjoying this downright ludicrous video that's like a Québécois mash-up of "Gangnam Style" and "Weapon Of Choice."
