Director Sophie Muller has done this intense straight-the-camera type of video before to devastating effect — hello, Rihanna — but something tells me that the Intenet is now (im)mature enough to unfurl a steady stream of homages, parodies and critiques that might undercut the message, but will surely amplify the reach.
