Mark Mulcahy is one of those artists where either you've never heard of him, or you've been a fan since his days in '80s/'90s coulda/shoulda alternative band Miracle Legion. Amongst the latter group are musicians Michael Stipe and Thom Yorke, writer Nick Hornby, and director Mark Pellington — who tackles a video where sudden tragedy turns indifference to interest and hopefully not rubbernecking.
