Having directed hundreds of music videos and commercials over the last 15 years, Dave Meyers has firmly established himself as one of the industry's most prolific and sought-after talent.
Born and raised in Berkeley, California, Dave developed his love for film while working for a small local Landmark cinema at the age of 17. He attended Loyola Marymount University where he majored in Film Production and Philosophy. After graduating, Dave programmed the inaugural slate of the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival (LAIFF).
Inspired by a chance meeting with director Gus Van Sant, Dave spent the next 10 years directing music videos for over 200 of the music industry's best and brightest with the unique crossover ability to work with Jay Z one week, Britney Spears the next, and Aerosmith the week after.
With each new video, Dave sought to innovate the field while supporting artists in their journeys to define themselves. That work ethic brought a slew of nominations and 11 MTV Video Music Awards, the most recent of which was for Katy Perry's "Firework" video.
Dave is signed to Radical Media.
