What starts as a spinning performance — perhaps in homage to a disco ball? — turns into a complex world where Broken Bells singer James Mercer moves from place to place on a rotating set.
Take one of the greatest songs ever and invite Pharrell Williams, Emeli Sande, Elton John, Lorde, Chris Martin, Florence Welch, Kylie Minogue, Stevie Wonder, Brian May, Jake Bugg, One Direction, Chrissie Hynde, Jamie Cullum, Dave Grohl, Sam Smith, and many others to join songwriter Brian Wilson in the most epic group since "We Are The World." The fact its coupled to an ambitious and stylish video directed by Francois Rousselet, of Jonas & Francois, that includes every single performer in uniquely appropriate set-ups makes it all the better — and yes, there's a charitable tie-in.
Imagine the girls from "Baby's Got Back" — or to be more current, the girls sampled for "Anaconda" — had their own solo single and video. And imagine those girls were played by late night king Jimmy Fallon and Will.i.Am.
If even Lil Jon can find a political cause — spoiler alert: it's legalized weed — then shouldn't you also be able to get involved and vote? This Rock The Vote PSA starts Lil Jon alongside Lena Dunham, Natasha Lyonne, Fred Armisen and other notables all turning out for whatever cause they want.
The correct amount of hard rock in a video should always be the maximum amount of hard rock. And, I don't think it's possible to cram in any more hard rock than what we see in this multi-layered spinner of a video for King Tuff.
You can always pretend you're under the sea, even if you're in a sunny landlocked front lawn, or in the gloomy Atlantis Club. So it goes in BRTHR's thematically tight, yet nicely woozy video for The Drums.
Welcome back to the comic book world of director Phil Mucci, this time conjuring up a post-atomic starlet who can steal the heart of a scientist while also telepathically dismembering foes.
Look, this song will be played at weddings from now until eternity, so why shouldn't Ed Sheeran beat everyone to the punch and show you how graceful that first dance could look? And the fact that this is an intricate routine that's just begging for real couple to try and replicate at their weddings means that this could go very viral. Or, at least, serve as a great audition for Dancing With The Stars.

Welcome to Fall Fest, as hosted by Pharrell Williams, Daft Punk and film director Edgar Wright. Despite the intergallactic leanings of all involved, things are kept fairly natural as they pay homage to the breeziest element. That's not to say they entirely stay earthbound: We have a troupe of ribbon dancers who could have blown in from the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon remake and the (forgive the pun, please) very rocking Daft Punk cameo takes flight as well.
