Tegan sings while Sara orbits her, wrapping her up with old-fashioned, multi-colored phone cords until she's bound like a hostage. Perhaps it's a metaphor for the entanglement of a relationship, or a commentary on the 1996 Telecommunications Act. Either way — ok, it's almost assuredly about personal politics — it's a simple and indelible image for a typically short, catchy and hard to shake off tune from Tegan And Sara. --> watch "Call It Off"
