Angelis Evil genius Simon Cowell's latest creation — the largely preteen, co-ed classical pop vocal group Angelis — will launch overseas with this video for "Angel."  Conceptual footage was shot over three days in Los Angeles (see pic for a sample) while performance took place at a soundstage in London.
