Can you make a complete music video in 48 hours? That was the challenge posed to directing duo Nautico, whose concept was chosen by Five Knives at last month's LAMVF for a near impossible task — get commissioned to do a video on Wednesday night, with a firm premiere screening that Saturday night (wait, isn't that 72 hours?) and with a prize (budget?) of just $2,500.

There's light a'plenty in this moody, yet energetic video by director Hannah Lux Davis for the Glasgow emo-rock band Twin Atlantic. Laughter? Not really. Light flares, exposed bulbs and flashing florescents reinforces a story line that focuses on two scared little kids who look like they wandered out of an adaptation of Oliver Twist and are slowly getting used to having a little light in their lives. --> watch "What Is Light?
